Calibre design and manufacture industry leading Pro AV switches and scalers for a range of applications including Touring, Corporate, Retail, Military and Broadcast sectors.


Calibre were established in Bradford in 1988 and earned a world-wide reputation for their image scaling technology. Calibre was acquired by Coretronic Corporation in 2017.

Calibre’s new HQPro 4K scaler-switcher products feature a modular architecture, true seamless switching, support for multiple sources and layers, and up to four programme outputs plus a confidence monitor output. Scaling is provided by Calibre’s best-in-class low-latency proprietary HQUltra technology supporting 4K50/60 4:4:4 RGB formats.

All products include a custom menu that allow users to quickly and accurately size any input source on an LED videowall. An optional output module also allows splicing up to four LED walls. In addition to LED walls, the HQPro series can drive any type of video display device, including projectors, LCDs in any fixed installation or rental/staging environment.
