Low Impedance & 100V Line Amplifiers

Amplifiers are the engine of any passive speaker system, taking the signal from a mixing console or processor and delivering the power needed to drive loudspeakers at the volume and quality required for the application.

AC-ET supplies two principal amplifier types:

Low impedance amplifiers, the standard choice for live touring, theatre and studio monitor applications where speakers are connected directly in 4Ω, 8Ω or 16Ω configurations
100V line amplifiers, the industry standard for installed sound in venues, houses of worship, education, retail and public address environments, where multiple speakers are distributed across a single transformer-balanced line.

Both categories are available across a wide range of power ratings, channel configurations and form factors — from compact two-channel rack units to multi-channel installation amplifiers — to suit any system scale and budget.
