As an Electronics Repair Engineer at a leading entertainment technology company, you will be working on a range of cutting-edge lighting and video products for all areas of the entertainment world, including concert touring, theatre, film, TV and broadcast.

We are looking for someone who will be based at our head office in High Wycombe and is keen to develop their existing knowledge and skills. You will have a good work ethic and be committed to always completing work to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake initial assessment of products for repair and liaise with the customer services team on likely repairs required
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers and product development teams
  • Undertake diagnostic testing, fault identification and rectification, at all times working to company and brand quality standards
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to obtain additional information to enable you to complete repairs efficiently
  • Maintain documentation records in relation to your work and parts used
  • Feedback to product development teams on faults found and potential product improvement analysis
  • Assist in defining and implementing improvements to test systems and process, including prototyping
  • Engage in a team approach to diagnosing and repairing a wide range of equipment


Skills Requirements:

  • Electrical or Electronic Engineering qualification from apprenticeships, college or university course
  • Experience using test and measurement equipment for diagnostics
  • Ability to work from technical documentation
  • Key electrical/electronic fault-finding skills
  • Positive attitude to learning and developing new skills



  • Previous electronics repair experience to component level
  • Experience in a service role within the Entertainment lighting industry
  • Familiarity with entertainment control protocols (DMX, Artnet)
  • Network architecture knowledge
