Internal Lighting Sales – High Wycombe

Lighting is at the heart of what we do and our Internal Sales team is the first point of contact for all our customers who rely on us.

Apply

Working from our High Wycombe office, alongside our external sales, technical and logistics teams, you will handle incoming enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and give customers the advice that turns a specification into a solution.

This is a sales role for someone who enjoys the technology and the products, as much as making the deal.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responding to all customer enquiries via phone and/or email, successfully creating accurate quotations and processing orders

  • Advising on product selection across our lighting portfolio, including fixtures, control, distribution and cabling

  • Build relationships with an established customer base while identifying new market opportunities

  • Support the external sales team with quotations, follow-ups and account activity

  • Keep customer records, pipeline and quotations accurate in our CRM/ERP system

  • Liaise with the purchasing and warehouse department to ensure a smooth workflow, keeping all customer orders on schedule.

  • Proactively stay up to date with new product launches, manufacturer training and the latest industry developments.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

  • Practical knowledge of professional entertainment lighting — gained in sales, rental, production, technical support or on the road

  • Confident, credible communication skills with customers at every level

  • Highly organised and meticulous, with a proven ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and balance multiple quotations efficiently.

  • Comfortable with CRM systems, quoting tools and Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • Previous commercial experience within the entertainment technology industry

  • Familiarity with entertainment lighting equipment

  • Experience of the rental, install or broadcast markets

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary

  • 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays

  • Manufacturer and product training across a leading brand portfolio

  • A knowledgeable, collaborative team in a business that genuinely understands the industry it serves
