WIN an Apple iPad at PLASA 2023

Opening and Closing Dates

  1. The Prize Draw will run from 10:00am (GMT) on 03/09/2023 (the “Opening Date”) and shall close at 16.00pm (GMT) on 05/09/2023 (the “Closing Date”).
  2. No entries will be valid after the Closing Date.

 

Who Can Enter

  1. The Prize Draw is not open to any employee or staff member (and their families) of A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd and associated group of companies, any agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of the Prize Draw.
  2. Entries will not be accepted from companies or businesses.
  3. Only one entry will be permitted per entrant.
  4. Entries to the Prize Draw will be made automatically upon submitting your details on the PLASA 2023 tradeshow stand.

 

The Prizes and Claiming Prizes

  1. The Prize Draw will have one winner who will win an Apple iPad.
  2. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries submitted before the Closing Date.
  3. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 14 days of the Closing Date.
  4. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged and there is no cash alternative to the prize.
  5. A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd. reserves the absolute right to substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater value should the need arise.
  6. If any prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, after 14 days A.C. Entertainment Technologies reserves the right to conduct another draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.

 

General Terms

  1. A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd. may cancel the Prize Draw or amend or waive any provision of these Terms at any time if it becomes necessary to do so. Any variation will become effective at the time we post the revised Terms on our website.
  2. We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction. Please see our Privacy Policy
  3. If you wish to opt out of the Prize Draw after winning please contact us on marketing@ac-et.com
  4. Except as required by law, or in accordance with these Terms and the A.C. Entertainment Technologies Privacy Policy, your personal information will not be passed to any other person without your permission.
