Opening and Closing Dates

1. The Competition will run from 10:00am (GMT) on 06/09/2026 (the “Opening Date”) and shall close at 16.00pm (GMT) on 08/09/2026 (the “Closing Date”).

2. No entries will be valid after the Closing Date.

 

Who Can Enter

3. The Competition is not open to any employee or staff member (and their families) of A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd and associated group companies, any agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of the Prize Draw.

4. Entries will not be accepted from companies or businesses.

5. Only one entry will be permitted per entrant.

6. Entries to the Competition will be made automatically upon completing the allotted task on stand G64 Luminex, part of the A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd PLASA 2026 stand.

 

The Prizes and Claiming Prizes

7. The Competition will have three winners; first place is a Luminex GigaCore 10i, second place will be a LumiNode 1 and third place will be a LumiNode1.

8. The winner will be determined by the fastest time to complete the Competition task before the Closing Date.

9. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 14 days of the Closing Date.

10. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged and there is no cash alternative to the prize.

11. A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd. reserves the absolute right to substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater value should the need arise.

12. If any prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, after 14 days A.C. Entertainment Technologies reserves the right to contact entrants in lower places determine a winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.

 

General Terms

13. A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd. may cancel the Competition or amend or waive any provision of these Terms at any time if it becomes necessary to do so. Any variation will become effective at the time we post the revised Terms on our website.

14. We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction. Please see our Privacy Policy

15. If you wish to opt out of the Competition after winning please contact us on marketing@ac-et.com

16. Except as required by law, or in accordance with these Terms and the A.C. Entertainment Technologies Privacy Policy, your personal information will not be passed to any other person without your permission.
