Video mapping and creative content specialists, Motion Mapping have been creating unforgettable visual experiences with Green Hippo Media Servers for many years.
Working alongside a range of clients around the world, Motion Mapping help bring the WOW factor to events, brand activations, product launches, marketing campaigns, weddings and other significant moments.
Motion Mapping have recently made an investment into Green Hippo’s newest Media Server, Hippotizer™ Nevis+. With a single 4k output, Nevis+ is the smallest in the range, allowing users to create, visualise and playback video in real-time, all from a compact chassis.
Motion Mapping’s Creative Director, Stuart Harris commented; “I have always been a big fan of Green Hippo’s Media Servers – the software is very reliable and the features are very impressive with extensive creative possibilities – all of which is essential in my line of work. I chose to invest in Nevis+ for its small form factor and the fact that even though it is compact, it still features all the same components as the bigger units.”
Hippotizer Nevis+ has already wow’d on a number of projects with Motion Mapping, including projection mapping of a Christmas display for luxury brand Dior’s flagship London store, controlling content for an outdoor art gallery, guerilla marketing projections around the UK and interactive installations.
“Thanks to the small size of Nevis+ and the fact that it is lightweight, we have found it much easier to manoeuvre for projects. This was demonstrated perfectly on the Dior Christmas display where we were required to set-up equipment on the top of a six-storey building, in an outdoor enclosure with limited space.” Continued Stuart.
Green Hippo’s Hippotizer Nevis+ can be rack or VESA mounted, making it versatile for use in different environments and applications. Motion Mapping already have big plans for the units over the upcoming summer months, on a range of exciting projects.
Motion Mapping purchased their Green Hippo Hippotizer Nevis+ units from A.C. Entertainment Technologies (AC-ET), Green Hippo’s UK distributor.
“It is always a pleasure dealing with AC-ET. I have been buying video equipment from them for many years now and their knowledgeable team are incredibly helpful and always there to offer support when needed.” Concluded Stuart.
