Limelite Lighting is one of the region’s largest providers of full lighting, sound & AV design, installation, and equipment hire services, offering a vast selection of cutting-edge equipment for productions.
After experiencing a massive increase in demand for LED Profile moving lights both for its own project productions and those of its equipment rental customers, Limelite Lighting Project Manager / Director, Matthew Mountier decided to research the best options for fixtures with CYM and shutter capabilities.
After shortlisting several models, Matthew approached Ben Steppenbeck in AC-ET’s Lighting division to discuss these options. This led to Limelite Lighting purchasing 13 Vari-Lite VL2600 Profile fixtures. He commented: “

The VL2600 combines Vari-Lite quality with the latest LED technology, all engineered to deliver the best possible package to the mid-sized show lighting segment. Producing 19,000 lumens of high CCT, high contrast light output from its 550W light engine, with a big zoom range of 7-48 degrees, the impressive features set also includes a CMY colour system with variable CTO adjustment, and a full wipe framing shutter.
