90 day warranty on all our products. To guarantee your satisfaction, all used equipment comes with a 90 day warranty.
Securely packaged. All used equipment is treated with the utmost care – either flight cased, securely packaged or shrink-wrapped.
Fast shipping in secure packaging from our UK warehouse. Our couriers make collections every day, meaning that next day delivery is usually available to most mainland UK destinations. We provide tracking information for all consignments.

What condition is the equipment in?
Items in the Clearance section come in different conditions from different sources, be sure to check the items details and the condition definitions below before committing to purchasing the item(s).
What are the various equipment conditions?
The equipment listed is in one of the following conditions:
The item is brand new & comes complete with original packaging.
- As new
The item is as new but may not include original packaging.
- End of line
The item is new, usually comes complete with original packaging but has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
The item has been used for customer demonstration purposes only and is in excellent condition.
Item has been used and will not come with original packaging.
Item has come from a rental company and will have been used as part of their hire stock.
The item has been previously used within a venue and will not have been toured. Will not come with original packaging.
The item has only been used briefly on a Tradeshow stand and is in excellent condition.
Where are the items located?
Most of the items are stored in our Leeds warehouse, if you mix items from different locations it may take longer to deliver as we will have to get all the items in one location before shipping.
Tell me more about the shipping process?
Orders placed on the site Monday to Friday by 14:00 GMT and where the goods are showing as in stock will be despatched the same day, orders placed after 14:00 GMT and on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Whilst A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd. endeavour to ensure that goods are shipped as described above, once the goods have left our warehouse, they are in the hands of the carrier chosen at checkout. We will do our best to assist you with questions on goods that have not arrived with you, however goods shipped via Royal Mail are difficult to track due to their systems. We recommend the use of a Courier if you need goods delivering on a specific day.
