We will provide you with the training and support you need to reach your potential, giving you the opportunity to get hands-on with repairs and support for some of the latest products and technologies.

We are looking for someone who will be based at our head office in High Wycombe. You will have a good work ethic and be committed to always completing work to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the other members of the Technical Services Team
  • Undertake diagnostic testing, fault identification and rectification
  • Always work to company and brand quality standards
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to obtain additional information to enable you to complete repairs efficiently, and provide technical support (where applicable)
  • Maintain documentation records in relation to your work and parts used
  • Be pro-active and attentive in gaining knowledge from your peers and be determined to build the skills and experience you need to succeed
  • Build on your knowledge and keep up to date with new products as they are released to enable you to support our customers most effectively
  • Feedback to product development teams on faults found and potential product improvements

 

Skills Requirements:

  • Practical experience working in a technical/engineering environment
  • Experience in MS office suite software
  • Competency in the use of hand tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Technical subject qualification preferred in an electrical/electronic discipline

 

Advantageous:

  • Experience in Theatre/Entertainment lighting
