The right moves pay at A.C. Lighting

9th July 2002

The decision by leading entertainment lighting distributor A.C. Lighting Ltd, to invest and restructure, is well and truly paying off.

Latest figures up to May show a turnover increase of six percent over the same period last year, and the indications are that this growth will continue in the future.

Substantial investments made at A.C. Lighting, in terms of facilities and systems, are reaching their target objectives to streamline the organisation, enhance customer service, and gain new business from around the globe.

Whilst organisational changes have played their part in A.C. Lighting's success, the investment in personnel with the necessary skills and dedication has also been a major factor. With the wealth of knowledge gained, from many years spent working in the entertainment lighting industry, A.C staff are in a position to provide technical service and back up of the highest level.

The recent addition of the sound department has also contributed to the increase in turnover, and reinforces A.C.'s position as being a 'one stop shop' for entertainment equipment.

Managing Director and Co-founder of A.C. Lighting, David Leggett, commented "I am extremely pleased to see the growth of the company in what we knew would be difficult and uncertain times in the industry. It is a real testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff, plus the loyalty and support we have received from manufacturer's and customers over many years, which continues to strengthen our position. We look to the future with added confidence, in the knowledge that the growth of A.C Lighting has by no means reached its peak".
