Jands Launches Vista M1 Playback-Only Console

3rd July 2007

Jands has extended its revolutionary Vista lighting console range with the new M1 - an ultra compact and extremely cost-effective playback-only control surface.

The M1 is ideal for situations where Vista users can do their programming conveniently on their PC or Mac (XP or OSX), yet still want the convenience of having hardware to control the playback of their show.

As with the Vista range's fully-functional S3 control surface, the M1 is designed to be used with a laptop PC or Mac (XP or OSX) running the Vista software.

The M1 provides all the playback benefits of a Vista show in a compact and portable package that's perfect for trade show booths, hotels, clubs or any venue where users don't have the space or budget for a full sized console.

With five playbacks including faders and flash buttons, plus a rotary master fader, the M1 is a complete and portable Vista playback module. When users want to travel light but don't want to compromise their show, the M1 is the ideal live playback solution. As with the flexibility found in the Vista S3, the M1 can be used as an expansion wing for the Vista T4, T2 and S3.

The M1 provides Vista users with even greater flexibility when using the lighting system across a range of different size projects and budgets, and joins a line-up which includes the full size/full hardware T4 and T2 consoles, fully-functional S3 control surface, and Vista Application software only version.

A.C. Lighting, the exclusive European, North American and Middle East distributor for the Jands Vista range, recently previewed the M1 on its stands at the ABTT UK tradeshow and InfoComm in the US. The console will be shipping in July and will be shown on the distributor's stand at PLASA 2007.
