Award Winning WYSIWYG grows rapidly

6th August 1998

WYSIWYG, the award winning software package that incorporates three separate programs to provide the user with a complete paperwork, drawing and visualisation system for their lighting design, has grown to become one of the hottest products around, this Summer.

From rental companies such as Vari*Lite Production Services London, who have recently purchased a system to complement and enhance their existing WYSIWYG programming suite, to venues and production facilities, such as Southampton Guildhall and the BBC in both London and Glasgow, WYSIWYG is setting the pace that other lighting design software packages will someday follow. The software is now proving so popular, and affordable, that it's not just large companies and corporations who are utilising it. Individual lighting professionals such as top designers and programmers Durham Marenghi and John Sinden are among the first people to purchase units for their own personal use. The WYSIWYG suite of programs certainly appears to be heralding a new era in lighting software. FREE demo versions of the software are available for download from the Internet at, or via CD from A.C. Lighting Ltd.
