A.C. Special Projects Gets Social with its Customers on Twitter

A.C. Special Projects (ACSP) Ltd. has launched a new social media initiative to enable the company to network with its customer base - including providing immediate updates on breaking installations news, tradeshow-related activities, training sessions and open day events.

ACSP's sister company, A.C. Entertainment Technologies launched their own social media campaign last year with great success, enabling them to communicate with their customers in a new way.

ACSP's dedicated Twitter account will allow clients, customers and industry colleagues to stay in touch via a medium which fits in with their increasingly busy lifestyles, as well as those of tomorrow’s industry newcomers.

Says ACSP "We understand that many of our customers 'live and breathe' their industry commitments 24/7, so social media is the perfect platform to hold a dialogue with them as they stay constantly ‘online’ throughout the day for work as well as play."

The new social media initiative will further personalise the level of service offered by ACSP and enable customers to provide valuable feedback on the new installation examples and services available from the company.
