AC-ET Showcases Complete Broadcast Lighting Solutions at KitPlus Glasgow 2018

21st May 2018

UK - Representatives from A.C. Entertainment Technologies (AC-ET) Ltd's specialist Film & TV sales team will be at KitPlus – Pacific Quay, Glasgow, Scotland, 31st May – to showcase leading brands from its portfolio of complete broadcast lighting solutions under one roof.

Chroma-Q® - Showing for the first time at KitPlus is Chroma-Q’s new Studio Force II™ high intensity tuneable white (2,800K - 6,500K) wash light. Using a homogenised LED source capable of delivering variable colour temperature, plus/minus green shift control and the ability to produce deep saturated colours when needed (with a 2,000K - 10,000K extended CCT), the Studio Force II is specifically designed for TV Broadcast and film applications.

Studio Force II complements the Cine Gear Expo award-winning Chroma-Q Space Force™ tuneable white (2,800K - 6,500K) LED space light / soft light source, which has been adopted by leading leading television studios and specialist rental companies, including the Marjan Television Network, Aurora Lighting and Pixipixel.

RatPac - Using industry-leading LumenRadio CRMX wireless technology, RatPac's AKS system allows users to control lighting fixtures directly from their mobile phone, tablet or PC. The Cintenna wireless receivers can plug directly into the back of the lighting fixtures themselves, and require no additional rigging hardware.

Quasar Science - Increasingly widely used in film and broadcast, Quasar Science's Linear Lamps range includes the new Rainbow model, which combines powerful RGB LEDs with the popular Q-LED model's crossfade white technology, to deliver superior quality colour from a self-ballasted all-in-one LED fixture with a compact, low profile form factor.

Tourflex® Cabling - AC-ET's in-house Tourflex Cabling assembly service can produce all popular types of power, signal and multicore cables used by the broadcast sector. With over 40 years of experience in this field, and its large assembly capacity, the service has earned a reputation for providing quality, reliable cabling to very short delivery deadlines.

AC-ET is one of Europe's leading suppliers of Lighting, Control, Grip, Infrastructure and Consumables to the world of Broadcast, TV & Film. With a large and diverse inventory, the company has options that span the needs of the owner operator, rental houses, small, medium and large broadcast operations, through to major movie productions.
