A.C. Lighting Experience Huge Demand for Yamaha DM1000 Consoles

15th November 2004

A.C. Lighting's Audio division, which became a certified Yamaha digital dealer earlier this year, have sold through their entire stock allocation for the manufacturer's DM1000 digital production console for the 4th consecutive month, establishing them as one of the key suppliers of the desk.

The consoles have been supplied to companies operating across the live PA, recording studio and front-of-house audio environments - including the West Yorkshire Playhouse theatre and production companies behind several leading popular music acts.

This versatility across a range of environments highlights one of the DM1000's key benefits as a highly specified multi-purpose digital production console. Sharing all major features with the award-winning DM2000 console, the DM1000 sets the standard for the next generation of high performance digital mixers which provide users with total production control. The console offers uncompromised audio quality, extensive facilities and innovative features such as 96-kHz audio, surround monitoring, Studio Manager and DAW control.

A.C.'s Audio Sales Manager, Peter Butler, put the company's success in selling all stock received down to: "Adding real value at every stage of the consultation to ensure that as well as selling the customer the most suitable product for their needs, they receive a total after-sales backup service in the form of a 24hr telephone support helpline and product training from Alex Hadjigeorgiou, one of the industry's most experienced digital audio specialists."
