Luminex Product Manager
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
£45,000 to £50,000
We are looking for a Luminex product manager to act as the “go to” expert for our customers, its users, and our sales team. This is an extremely varied role, you could be training a lighting crew, supporting a show, helping design a system, or demonstrating a switch.
You will have a good knowledge of lighting control systems and networking, as well as a clear understanding of how a lighting system goes together. We don’t expect you to know everything, but you will be keen to learn and will be proactive at seeking answers when you don’t have them to hand.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the brand champion – happy to demonstrate, train and support
Be the first point of contact for all brand enquiries
Help our customers and users choose the best options when designing a system
Prepare and manage all product training
Act as the main link between the market and the manufacturer
Skills Required:
Good understanding of lighting control systems and networking
Comfortable dealing with people – whether training, demonstrating, or supporting
You will enjoy learning, and be keen to constantly develop your knowledge
Be able to work under pressure and be tenacious in solving problems
You will thrive in an environment where no two days are the same
