Part-Time HR Administrator

 We are currently looking for a part-time HR Administrator. This role will include:

  • Assisting in the Recruitment and Selection Process
  • HR paperwork updates
  • Inductions
  • Performance Management/Training organisation
  • Updating Procedures/Processes
  • Inputting personnel data
  • Payroll data input
  • Legislation research
  • Any other admin requirements (filing, photocopying, assisting the HRM in day to day running of business).

The candidate must have a 'can do' attitude and a good variance of skills and flexibility with the ability to problem solve. Initially you must be able to work on a Wednesday and Friday. You need to be resilient but with a good sense of humour.

An excellent ability to communicate and build relationships is essential; along with knowledge of HR practice/processes and some admin/office experience is required.

Technical Sales Executive

The Role

Due to a recent period of growth and change, we are looking to add to our already outstanding sales teams.

We are looking for someone to primarily support our Chroma-Q and Jands Product Ranges, with the vision of not only technically supporting Chroma-Q & Jands but also a wide range of Lighting Technology products.

The role will be based in our busy sales office in High Wycombe.

The Responsibilities

The purpose of this role will be to provide product demonstrations, internal and external technical product support of Chroma-Q, Jands and other product ranges and also technical training to our broad customer base.

The Person

  • The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills, as well as being numerically competent and will be computer literate, with have excellent people skills.
  • You will be highly organised and well presented with a full driving licence and have the flexibility to travel regularly both in the EU and worldwide.
  • A team player with industry knowledge, motivation, drive, confidence and a high standard of customer service/focus would be advantageous.
  • Full training will be given.

Tech Manager and Global CQ Brand Manager

Job Specification

  • The purpose of this role is to manage and look after the Technical Sales Department.
  • To ensure market exposure of specific products, visiting clients and arranging demonstrations.
  • Provide Tech support/knowledge on own and competing products to UK and Export Sales teams, as well as customers.
  • To ensure Tech support and training needs are met and to liaise with marketing regarding exposure of specific products.
  • Building and promoting the key AC brands.

Candidate Requirements

  • The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong management and communication skills. They will also require competent technical knowledge along with commercial awareness and an understanding of the market.
  • You will be highly organised and well presented with a full driving licence. The role will be primarily based out of the High Wycombe office, but you will need the flexibility to travel regularly both in the UK and worldwide.
  • A team player with industry knowledge, motivation, drive, confidence and a high standard of customer service/focus is essential.
  • You will be able work calmly under pressure and think out of the box. You will also need a good sense of humour and excellent team working skills.
  • A knowledge of entertainment lighting, LED technology and lighting control would be advantageous.

Video Technical Sales Executive

Job Specification

The purpose of this sales role is to develop new business through the sale of all video brands that AC-ET represent, specifically Green Hippo. This will be achieved through carrying out product demonstrations; offsite, at clients’ premises, at UK and International trade shows and events held at both of our UK offices.

The successful candidate will be required to offer advice on product selection, liaising with suppliers and third parties as required to ensure our customers’ needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

This sales role will also include servicing the needs of existing customers. The successful candidate will have all of the tools at their disposal to fulfil these requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Willing to travel as and when required in order to visit clients and suppliers.
