Return of Goods

We hope you are happy with the purchase(s) made from A.C. Entertainment Technologies. However, if you need to return anything to us, please follow the following instructions.

1. Fill out the Request to Return Goods form below, giving as much detail of the equipment you wish to return and why as possible.
2. You will be contacted with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
3. Pack the goods for dispatch to us and write the RAN on the outside of the consignment.
4. Dispatch the goods to A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd at your cost including all duties and taxes (unless previously agreed).
5. Please submit the form again if you have more than one item you wish to return.
