BRDC Rising Stars Logo

Motor racing's utilisation of cutting-edge technologies to constantly innovate and raise the performance bar shares a natural affinity with the entertainment industry.

A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd. are a Patron of the British Racing Drivers' Club's exclusive Rising Stars Programme, a select sponsors scheme which benefits promising young British racing drivers.

Formed in the late 1920s, the BRDC is the champion of British motorsport and owner of the Silverstone Racing Club, the home of British motorsport and centre of international motorsport.

Regarded as the most prestigious racing club in the world, the exclusive membership includes F1 World Champions and those who have obtained international success over a number of seasons, or made significant contribution to the sport. Every British or Commonwealth World Champion is, or has been in their lifetime, a full member of the Club.

Since 2008 the "A.C. Group" has brought the stunning Clubhouse of the BRDC to life with a temporary installation of cutting-edge Chroma-Q™ LED lighting and video products for their annual British Grand Prix Ball.

Stuart Pringle, Secretary of the BRDC commented on the 2010 scheme:
"A.C. Special Projects did an incredible job at the BRDC Ball. The Clubhouse was visible to all at Silverstone and our guests were greeted with a celebratory message which scrolled across the circuit fencing in the most incredible colours. It has become an annual traditional that those attending try and guess what the Clubhouse will look like when they come out of the marquee after dark – it’s added an exciting element to the evening as well as incredible colour to our party."

ELF Renault Clio Cup - Jack Goff Racing Sponsorship

As part of its commitment to supporting local motor racing talent, since 2010 AC-ET has been a premier sponsor for the Jack Goff racing team running in the ELF Renault Clio Cup with Michelin.

The ELF Renault Clio Cup with Michelin series - known for its nail-biting, wheel-to-wheel finishes - is the UK's premier one-make saloon-car championship, featuring a 16 race season which runs from April through to October.

In addition to AC-ET, some of the most cutting-edge movers, shakers and technology companies from the professional entertainment world join the Jack Goff Racing sponsorship roster, including Avolites, HSL Group, J&C Joel, Litestructures, NEXO, Philips, Pixel Range, Robe, Rope & Rigging, Sennheiser and SES.

Says AC-ET's Jonathan Walters, co-ordinator of the company's Jack Goff Racing sponsorship activity, "We're really pleased to be supporting Jack again this (2011) season. With AC-ET's existing motor racing links as a Patron of the British Racing Drivers' Club's (BRDC) Rising Stars Programme, it was a natural decision to sponsor Jack in his second year of the ELF Renault Clio Cup with Michelin. Along with the rest of the sponsors, I believe we have helped to give Jack the best possible chance of challenging for the championship this year. We wish him the best of luck competing in the 2011 race season."
