Orders placed on the site Monday to Friday by 14:00GMT and where the goods are showing as in stock will be despatched the same day, orders placed after 14:00GMT and on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Whilst A.C. Entertainment Technologies endeavour to ensure that goods are shipped as described above, once the goods have left our warehouse, they are in the hands of the carrier chosen at checkout. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

Order Tracking

We will provide you with order confirmation, despatch confirmation and tracking details, via the e-mail address that you provided. The WEBshop will also provide details of your orders status.

Fluids

Items such as smoke fluid, paint and fire retardant spray can not be shipped by Royal Mail. Please do no select this shipping option, as we will not be able able to ship it.
