Return of Goods

We hope you are happy with the purchase(s) made from A.C. Entertainment Technologies. However, if you need to return anything to us, please follow the following instructions.

  • Fill out the Request to Return Goods form below, giving as much detail of the equipment you wish to return and why as possible.
  • You will be contacted with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
  • Pack the goods for dispatch to us and write the RAN on the outside of the consignment.
  • Dispatch the goods to A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd at your cost including all duties and taxes (unless previously agreed).
  • Please submit the form again if you have more than one item you wish to return.
