Description

The TL-A320 is specifically designed for lifting Line Arrays to a height of 6.0 m with a maximum weight of 320kg. The towerlift is designed to allow the Line Array to be situated at the required distance from the lift to enable the required inclination of the cabinets and ensure perfect coverage.

The TL-A320 is designed to offer unprecedented front and lateral stability, guaranteeing fixed and safe positioning of the Line Array.

With conventional towerlifts, the maximum load is greatly reduced the further away from the mast the load is placed. For example; a capacity of 300kg, is greatly reduced to 190kg when positioned just 50cm from the Towerlift mast.

The design of the TL-A320 allows a lift capacity of 320kg with the centre of gravity situated at 50cm from the towerlift mast. This means that the front of the Line Array can be upto 1 metre from the Towerlift allowing room for the curve of the system.

The TL-A320 body is comprised of four telescopic aluminium profiles with nylon guides. A steel wire manual winch manual winch with automatic brakes is used to raise and lower these profiles. The ASL security system (Pat. pen 200501056) automatically locks each section of the mast profile in position to ensure the load stays safe and secure. Once blocked the towerlift does not rely on the winch cable or brake mechanism for any support.

The design of the base makes it possible to rig a Line Array directly next to the towerlift mast body without the outriggers getting in the way. There are also additional anchor points built in to the second section of the mast to allow for guy ropes to be attached when used outdoors.

The towerlift can be transported vertically or horizontally by mounting the optional RH-2 wheel kit.
