Truss & Structures
A.C. Rigging are the UK exclusive distributor for Italian truss manufacturer Litec. They produce a wide range of high quality aluminium truss and associated rigging products; including display truss, standard series, heavy duty series and high load products, plus a range of truss towers, PA flyin towers and the innovative Libera truss system.
We also have long standing relationships with truss manufacturers such as James Thomas Engineering, Tomcat, Litestructures, Total Fabrications, Slick and Opti; we can supply products from all of these companies at competitive prices.
Hoists
A.C. Rigging are a distributor for CM Lodestar and Prostar products and have a substantial stock holding of over 250 products: ranging from 136kg to 2000kg lifting capacity in both low Voltage and direct control versions; we hold some ready assembled units here at A.C. that are available for immediate despatch.
We also stock CM spare parts, chain bags, waterproof covers and accessories, flightcases, LV and DV motor controllers from Outboard Electronics and cable sets for power and control.
All chain hoists are assembled and tested in house by our dedicated hoist department in High Wycombe. We also offer a test, repair and certification service, both in house or on site, for hoists that are already in use.
Staging
A.C. Rigging can supply staging equipment such as Litestructures Litedeck, Prolyte StageDex, Doughty Easideck and Maltbury staging products.
We have the experience and knowledge to help you make the correct choice for your application with totally impartial advice. Our popular choices are held in stock for immediate dispatch.
Control & Cable
Through our strong relationships with key manufacturers such as Kinesys, Out Board Electronics, XLNT and Fulling and Partner we are able to offer a wide choice of motor control systems from the most basic single channel handset to state of the art motion control systems.
We can also supply cable solutions including power, data and multicore cables, power and control motor looms, spiders and splitter boxes. A large amount of our cable is manufactured in-house allowing us full quality control and the ability to customise to your requirements.
Safety Equipment
If you are looking for PPE equipment then A.C. Rigging are here to help, with PPE equipment held in stock we can supply items such as fall arrest and work positioning harnesses and equipment, helmets, karabiners, rope, kit bags and much more.
One area of fall arrest that is often overlooked is fall rescue or evacuation systems. Falls don't happen very often, but when they do a quick and effective rescue may be necessary to prevent a potentially fatal situation arising. There are various methods and equipment availble so please contact our Rigging sales team to discuss your specific application.
Members of our team have specific training in PPE sales for work purposes, and can assist with advising you on the correct equipment for your job.
Hardware
A.C. Rigging are a distributor for Crosby and stock large quantities from their range of shackles, masterlinks, chain slings and other rigging accessories.
If you are looking for hand chain blocks, ratchet lever hoists, beam clamps or beam trolleys then A.C. Rigging can offer the Tractel Black range, a high quality and well respected brand of lifting gear... but finished in black, making them ideal for entertainment applications.
We carry substantial stocks of other essential rigging items such as round slings, ratchet straps, steel wire rope slings (black and silver), soft steels, beam clamps, hand chain blocks, ratchet lever hoists, clamps and couplers etc. Stock of these items is held in both Leeds and High Wycombe.
Support & Grip
A.C. Rigging can offer a wide choice of support and grip solutions. We are a long established distributor of Manfrotto and Avenger products and stock a vast quantity of their support, grip and rigging equipment.
We carry a large amount of spare parts and offer a test and inspection service for Manfrotto, Avenger and Doughty equipment and associate products.
Material Handling
We can supply a wide range of material handling products specific for the entertainment industry that make moving and lifting of equipment easier and safer.
Products include Telescopic towerlifts from VMB and Genie Industries along with chain blocks, lever hoists and beam trolleys and winches from Yale, Tractel and Pfaff-Silberblau.
Access Equipment
A.C. Rigging can supply a wide range of quality access equipment such as stepladders, work platforms and mobile towers to suit many applications.
We are an official dealer for Zarges, the manufacturer of the famous Skymaster multifunction ladder.
Track & Drapes
We work with a number of manufacturers and offer impartial advice on product choice taking into consideration application and of course budget.
