A.C. Entertainment Technologies Enters the Bunka & Takes Victory at ABTT Awards

A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd. received the ABTT Theatre Show’s ‘Widget of the Year Award’ on behalf of Touring Custom Products (TCP) for their Bunka Stand, which it distributes exclusively on a worldwide basis. The award was presented to Adam Beaumont, Sales Manager of A.C.’s Rigging division, at the 16th annual ABTT awards ceremony. Held at The Royal Horticultural Halls during this year’s ABTT Theatre Show, the awards aim to encourage high standards in design across various theatrical equipment product categories.

The award-winning Bunka Stand is a folding floor stand that provides two methods of attaching fixtures to it. The product can be used with standard 28mm TV spigots or alternatively, it has a 48mm pipe for attaching hook clamps, half couplers or trigger clamp type fixings. This unique dual-purpose design is ideal for rental companies and performance venues, as it saves time spent swapping the attachments over for each job. In addition, the Bunka Stand is available with optional accessories such as moving light Tee Bars, which allow a moving light to be attached to the stand without taking the clamps off the base.
