A.C. Lighting Receives Two Dealer Awards at PLASA 2005

A.C. Lighting was the recipient of dealer awards from both lighting and audio manufacturers at the recent PLASA show 2005.

Zero 88's Graham Eales, creator of Frog, presented A.C. Northern Sales Director Jonathan Walters and Northern Sales Manager Adam Beaumont with their UK Dealer of the Year 2005 award.

Grant Bales-Smith, UK Market Manager for Zero 88 commented: "A.C. thoroughly deserve to receive this award, which is in recognition of the support and dedication their sales team has put into promoting the Zero 88 brand over the past 12 months, seeing a significant upturn in their overall Zero 88 sales."

A.C.'s Jonathan Walters commented: "I'm delighted to receive this award on behalf of the whole sales team. A.C. place great importance on being able to provide customers with a quick delivery turnaround, a team of highly trained staff and a full technical backup service, so it's great to be acknowledged by one of our key suppliers in this way."

The company's Audio division received their own UK Dealer 2005 award for 'Outstanding Contribution' from Allen & Heath.

Martin Daley, Allen & Heath's UK Sales Manager, commented: "I selected A.C. for this award because the company has made a steady increase in sales of our products but moreover, we wanted to acknowledge their commitment to, and focus on, the brand. A.C. is communicative, helpful and enthusiastic - a model dealer!"

The award acknowledges a year of significant investment by A.C.'s Audio Sales Manager Peter Butler and Audio Product Specialist Alex Hadjigeorgiou in supporting the Allen & Heath product range, including being one of the first companies in the UK to become a certified dealer (Blue Level status) for the manufacturer's innovative iDR Audio DSP system.

A.C.'s Peter Butler commented: "This recognition by one of our key partners means a lot to A.C., particularly as we're still a relative newcomer to the audio market. We believe that when you're buying an audio solution at this top end of the market, you deserve the highest level of technical advice and after-sales backup to match this investment, from your dealer.
